We Helped A Baby Formula BRAND Confront a Shortage

As competitor Similac faced a recall on its products and supply chain issues caused an industry-wide baby formula shortage, we created social media content and messaging for Enfamil to share with its customers as the company worked around the clock to bring baby formula to store shelves.

We conducted interviews with key stakeholders in research, forecast planning, ingredient procurement, nutrition and more to paint a complete picture and turned insights from these conversations into static Instagram posts. We also sent a production team to Enfamil’s Evansville location to capture on-site footage and host interviews that were then turned into video content for Instagram.

ROLE: Creative Director & COpywriter

As part of this project, I was responsible for proposing and developing all social posts with visual direction and accompanying copy. I also oversaw the production process of all videos, writing interview guides for on-site filming, turning the the interview and b-roll footage into scripts and providing direction and revisions throughout each round of production.
